The Challenge
With multiple fragmented systems and tools being used for ticketing, guest updates, and lounge reservations, event operations were inefficient and difficult to scale. Attendees experienced delays, while staff faced difficulties in communicating real-time changes. The Groves needed one mobile app that could handle everything — from access to engagement — and become the official digital companion for every visitor.
What We Did
B&co. partnered with The Groves to bring clarity and structure to their guest experience strategy. Our goal was to centralize bookings, communication, and engagement into a single high-performance mobile app, built to scale with the venue’s growing event calendar.
Mobile App Development – We designed and developed a React Native-based mobile application with a clean, multilingual interface (Arabic & English). The app was published across both iOS and Android stores, offering fast onboarding for new and returning guests.
QR-Based Ticketing System – We implemented a dynamic ticketing system with QR code generation and real-time scanning. The system supports offline fallback and eliminates manual check-in queues, significantly speeding up the entry process during peak hours.
Reservation & Notification Engine – Users can reserve VIP lounges and tables directly from the app, while push notifications keep them informed about event updates, seat availability, promotions, and live alerts. Admins can manage these updates through an integrated CMS without any technical support.
