B&Co. wasn’t born with a grand plan. It began with a few fixes, a lot of late nights, and a stubborn belief that people deserve better from their tech. The rest unfolded naturally.
The Begining
B&Co. started with one guy, a desk, and a knack for fixing things that other people couldn’t. Balaj, our CEO, wasn’t initially dreaming of building a global company, he just wanted to solve problems. Over time, the word spread, more people came onboard, and before long, the “little repair shop” grew into a team that was shaping how businesses used technology.
Mission
We exist to take the weight off your shoulders. IT shouldn’t feel like chaos, and hiring help shouldn’t feel like a gamble. B&Co. makes it simple: need extra hands for your IT team? We’ve got them. Need a partner to run a project from start to finish? That’s us too. Our mission is to cut through the noise and give businesses exactly what they need reliable people, practical solutions, and a little more breathing room.

Today, B&Co. works across borders and time zones, but the spirit is the same as when Balaj first started out, solving problems for people.
