The Challenge

What We Did
We became Bloomson’s data partner — replacing their spreadsheet chaos with a Power BI solution designed to mirror the realities of running a high-growth rental portfolio. Working hand in hand with finance, ops and investor relations teams, we delivered two major workstreams: Multi-Channel Data Integration and Property Performance Intelligence.
Multi-Channel Data Integration – We built a robust Power BI architecture that connects directly to 7+ booking platforms, syncing reservations, payouts and fees into one live model. This eliminated manual entry, automated reconciliations, and firmly positioned the dashboard as the single source of truth.
Property Performance Intelligence – We designed interactive dashboards focused on profitability, unit-economics and investor reporting. The team can now slice every listing by net profit, RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy — empowering them to course-correct pricing, spot cost anomalies (~£50k saved), and deliver investor updates in minutes, not days.
